Position: Senior AI Engineer
Experience Level: 4-6 Years
Role Overview:
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be a cornerstone of our AI division, leading the end-to-end development of sophisticated AI and Machine Learning solutions. You will architect robust systems, mentor a talented team of engineers, shape our technical roadmap, and tackle our most challenging problems in areas like Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and predictive analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, scalable machine learning models and AI systems.
- Architect and implement robust MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research from sources like NeurIPS and ICML and apply them to solve business challenges.
- Drive innovation by researching and experimenting with novel algorithms and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML models.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their associated AI/ML services.
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of ML algorithms, from classical models (e.g., Support Vector Machines, Gradient Boosting) to deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Solid experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
